  • Tasting Room Support Associate (Dishwasher)

    Our Tasting Room is looking to add a support staff member to join us full-time on our vineyard in the heart of Oregon’s wine country. Our support team is responsible for making sure our back-of-the-house runs smoothly in order to ensure we are providing the best experience to our guests. We are a great team and we work hard, have fun and like each other!

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Clean all dishes, bottles and glassware.
    • Clear and sanitize tables, surfaces and furniture after a guests leave.
    • Keep water bottles filled.
    • Scrub and polish tasting bottles and glassware to ensure they are in their best condition.
    • Ensure tasting areas are clean and presentable.
    • Keep cleaning supplies stocked throughout the shift.
    • Help keep property and work areas clean.
    • Floor care; sweeping and mopping floor.
    • Closing duties to include ensure all items in the support kitchen are cleaned, polished and put away.
    • Empty all trash and recycling as needed; removed from building and placed in the dumpster prior to departing.
    • Assist in set up and take down of winery events including chairs, tables, service ware, tents, etc.
    • Fulfill wine purchase orders and assist guest with carrying their purchases to their vehicle.
    • Help with food preparation when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Able to lift and carry 45 lbs.
    • Must be able to stand, bend, reach, twist and move for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to work weekends and evenings throughout the year.
    • Able to use a knife and other apparatuses to prepare and serve food.
    • Able to prioritize and stay organized.
    • Possess or able to obtain a food handler’s card.
    • Share aligned values: Accountable, Adaptable, Resourceful, Teamwork, Persevering.
