This wine is showing some development and complexity – mineral, apple, vanilla and toasted almond aromas, with flavors of crisp green apple, creamed honey and apricot. The mouthfeel is rich, round and creamy, with a clean acidity in the finish. Our Chardonnay has exceptional long-term aging potential and should, if properly cellared, continue to evolve and develop beautifully over the next five to seven years.
