When our winemaking team made our 2014 Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir they knew this was something special; so while most was disgorged and made ready to sell, 40 cases of the wine was held en tirage and left to continue aging and developing gorgeous flavors and textures in the same way Champagne houses develop their Grand Cru wines. Eight years later our Winemaking team has finally decided to release this wine, a stunning jewel in the crown that is Sokol Blosser’s sparkling program and an outstanding example of where they plan to take the program.

This wine is incredibly complex, with strawberry, dried cranberries, brioche, yeast and rose on the nose.  These notes carry over to the palate and are joined by dashes of cinnamon and ripe pomegranate.
