Our 2012 Dundee Hills Chardonnay shows development and complexity – mineral, apple, vanilla and toasted almond aromas, with flavors of crisp green apple, creamed honey and apricot. The mouthfeel is rich, round and creamy, with a clean acidity in the finish. This Chardonnay has exceptional long-term aging potential and should, if properly cellared, continue to evolve and develop beautifully over the next five to seven years.

Our 2013 Willamette Valley Chardonnay is complex with a balance of richness, acidity and brightness.In 2013, our winemaking team aged our chardonnay half in French oak and half in stainless steel. This creates the complexity, backbone and roundness found in our Willamette Valley Chardonnay. This wine expresses notes of honey dew, grapefruit and vanilla.

Our 2014 Dundee Hills Chardonnay is complex with a balance of richness, acidity and brightness.In 2014, our winemaking team aged our chardonnay 100% in French oak (25% new oak) using a variety of fermentation vessel sizes, oak, yeast and stirring regimes. These methods came together to form a complex multi-layered blend. This wine expresses notes of green apple, vanilla and guava.
