I love these sparklings. After testing a number of sparkling wines and champagnes and prosecco's, we chose the Bluebird for our COVID wedding and sent a bottle to everyone who joined on Zoom. We had the Rose Sparkling for Thanksgiving, and after trying Chandon, Moet, and others, I will be ordering the Bluebird and Sparkling Rose for our own use and gifts for Christmas!
