Our Meal Kit menu changes weekly.  Each kit feeds two people.  Each week there are different side offerings as well!  The Meal Kit is for pickup only on Saturday and Sunday!

  • Farro & Couscous Salad: toasted farro, couscous, kabocha squash, arugula, creamy cranberry vinaigrette, walnut praline

  • Fall Stew: slow-braised pork, red potato, celeriac, butternut, carrot, cabbage, thyme

Life begins to quietly slow down around my house as we start dipping into freezing temperatures here in the Willamette Valley. We’re putting the finishing touches on Halloween costumes, enjoying the longer evenings inside with games, books and movies, and planning the varied holiday events, excursions, and menus around cups of cider, cocoa and our favorite comfort foods. 

This week we offer a delightful fall stew, featuring slow-braised pork shoulder, local root vegetables, our favorite butternut squash, and plenty of herbs. Created to feed the body and nourish the soul, this meal hearkens back to a simpler, comforting time reminiscent of quiet nights spent ‘round the fire with those we love and hold dear. 

Accompanying our entree is a toasted farro and couscous salad, filled with roasted kabocha squash and arugula, and ready to dress with our housemade creamy cranberry vinaigrette. Walnut praline garnishes this grain salad for an added hint of bittersweet texture. We finish with chocolatey, caramely, salty, crunchy hazelnut squares. The buttery caramel and toasty nuts make it tough to eat just one! Baked on housemade shortbread and perfect for a light dessert with a splash of bubbles to celebrate the spooky weekend!

As always, we have our housemade focaccia available to add on, and this week we also offer fresh, housemade soda bread biscuits to add on as a complement to our stew. --Chef Travis Bird

Important details:

  • Pickup is available on Saturday and Sunday only.
  • Please place orders by Friday at 4pm
  • Select Pickup at Sokol Blosser Winery at checkout
  • In the Order Notes/Special Instruction field please let us know if you will picking up Saturday or Sunday and what time 
    • Pickup hours are 11am- 3:45pm and a Tock confirmation will be sent to your email address
  • Club Members please call if you would like to purchase a Meal Kit with your loyalty points (600 points)
  • Don't forget the wine!!!
